Brittany Calbert is a highly accomplished construction leader with nearly two decades in commercial construction, overseeing more than $600 million in successful projects throughout her career. As a partner and cofounder of Beaumont Builders, Brittany is known for her ability to lead complex, large-scale developments with precision and innovation. Her approach combines strategic leadership with a hands-on philosophy, ensuring that every project delivers superior value and quality. With a commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction, Brittany plays a key role in positioning Beaumont Builders as a trusted partner for developers, government entities, and private institutions.

During her 17+ years with McCarthy Building Companies, Brittany led several high-profile projects that have become landmarks in Arizona, including a $150 million high-tech robotics lab for Arizona State University, a $25 million design-build mixed-use and parking structure for the City of Chandler, and the $170 million OdySea Aquarium and Retail Complex, a nationally recognized project that earned ENR’s Project of the Year Award. In addition to her project management expertise, Brittany brings extensive knowledge in preconstruction services and design-build delivery, allowing her to bridge the gap between design and construction, delivering seamless, efficient solutions for clients. Her portfolio includes experience with both private developers and municipal, state, and federal government clients, reflecting her versatility and adaptability.

 

Brittany also has deep expertise in self-perform construction, with over $300 million in self-performed scopes under her leadership, including complex concrete, civil, electrical, and mechanical work. She has extensive healthcare construction experience, leading multiple projects for industry giants such as Mayo Clinic and Banner Health, ensuring compliance with the rigorous standards required in healthcare environments. Brittany’s background in architecture, with a degree from Arizona State University, enhances her ability to collaborate effectively with design teams while maintaining a focus on constructibility. Growing up immersed in the construction industry—mentored by her father, a former president of McCarthy Building Companies—Brittany has developed a lifelong passion for building and a deep-rooted expertise that forms the foundation of her leadership at Beaumont Builders.
